My wife found some beef ribs on sale at Walmart and I've been dying to try out my new backwoods smoker. Overall they turned out good not a lot of meat on them but they were tender.
I smoked them for 3 hours and then put them in a foil pan with beef stock and BBQ sauce for another 3 hours.

They look delicious!

It's hard to find beef ribs with a lot of meat on them, unless you cut them yourself.

Prime rib roasts are usually on sale this time of year.

Just buy them with the bones attached & trim them off yourself, leaving a nice piece of meat on the bones.
