Decided to make up some burgers a couple days ago.  Something spicy and full of flavor.  The wife asked me what was in them??  EVERYTHING!!

After I made them into patties I stuck the first few in the freezer to firm up before throwing on the grill.  The burgers turned out AWESOME!!

2 pounds beef hamburger

2 pounds deer burger

1 cup bacon crumbs

1 cup shredded cheese

1/2 cup worcheshire

1 T hot pepper flakes

1T garlic powder

2T dehy onion diced

1t black pepper

Sounds good!

I would love to see a little more q-view!  Maybe a plated shot, cut open shot, sides, etc....

Nice. I just grind mine with beef fat/suet. Cheaper than buying burger, not that there's anything wrong with that. Gonna give that a try in a week or two when I run out  of my patties that I got now.

We have a side of beef we have been working on. We're out of patties but have plenty of burger left. When I opened the deep freeze I realized we also have lots of Bambi that I need to eat up.

Post your recipe when you make it up.
