Hey all, found some decent BBR on sale.. these are not what I consider great by any means.. just decent.

Anyway, no prep pics.. just unpackaged as the smoker was coming up to temp. Seasoned the majority with some apple style rub a good friend made up and shared with me and there was one single rib I tried some Memphis style dry rub on.

Smoked with oak pellets at 275* til toothpick tender on the GMG.. bout 6 hrs, no wrap!

Here’s what we ended up with.. Rested bout 20 min and sliced!

Couple plated shots with some peel and eat shrimp, and some pork and beans!

Ribs turned out tasty.. shrimp is always great.. The meal as a whole was real good! Both rubs were great, but the apple style from my friend.. the fam and I really liked.

Thanks for lookin all!

Uhhh Yeah I would chow down on that no problem. Like for sure. Great job.

Now that's a feed bag I could really get into. Great Job.

Point for sure
Chris

Those look so nice. I think those are called "shiners?" I buy them at my local grocery for $2.89/lbs. and you have to be there when they put 'em out. I cook 'em hot & fast as well. Crank up the Yoder to 325 and they're ready in a couple of hours. Like eating rib-eye on a stick! Yours look really tasty.

Righteous ribs! The shrimp are a great addition, too! Big like!

Thanks for the kind words and point. I wish these were available always... just got lucky!
