Beef an Smoked Cheddar sandwich

Since I had left over smoked chuck roast from earlier, I decided that a beef an smoked cheddar was the next sandwich in the lineup.

Brioche bun piled with thin slice chuck roast, melted smoke cheddar, thin sliced white onion, spicy dill pickles an a sweet bbq sauce thinned down with some of the earlier au jus from the french dip
