An 18 year old killed while building a BBQ as part as a class project in Ontario Canada.

Be careful guys, I would hate to lose any of you in an accident like that.

Tragic

You have to think they couldn't or didn't think to get the tank open and air it out a bit, wash it out with clean water and drain a couple of times.

Kind of like cutting into an old propane tank.

We shot an empty one once.. What a big ball of fire...

Obviously in a remote location and with a very long range rifle...

Life is too short

Read in the paper this morning that the barrel used to contain peppermint oil. Without doing any research, I too would've tought it would be safe to cut.
