Tragic

You have to think they couldn't or didn't think to get the tank open and air it out a bit, wash it out with clean water and drain a couple of times.

Kind of like cutting into an old propane tank.

Obviously in a remote location and with a very long range rifle...

Read in the paper this morning that the barrel used to contain peppermint oil. Without doing any research, I too would've tought it would be safe to cut.
