Tried a batch tonight, BD. Excellent! After a couple of "test patties", I wound up with 3 vacs of 3 nice sized patties. I'm leaving tomorrow for a job in beautiful downtown Toledo for 6 days and I have a sinking feeling all 3 will be gone when I get back...
Pop must have found that mystical lost 3rd tablet of Mose's explaining how food should be spiced...
