I spent most of the Saturday watching the F1 race practice runs and making bratwurst. 10 pounds today. Ive got it drying a bit then into the freezer for 1 hour before vac packing. This should hold us through the winter. …unless the kids find them when they visit. These have a way of disappearing when they visit!
