Know a couple offshore captains that ran across both packages of cash, and packages of cocaine floating offshore out of Venice, La....they radioed the coast guard with the GPS coordinates. Found out later on the news how much was in them. It was substantial.

Good on him for doing the right thing. I always like to think that I'd do the same....but who knows!
