This is a homemade reverse flow cooker with self contained water system. This is a wood fired unit but could be made to run charcoal. the tank is a 250 gal. with dual sliding racks. The sink and prep table is stainless steel . There is a swing out table along the side. The water tank is a 15 gal. stainless keg or you can hook up to garden hose connection. I have been using for two years with not a bad meal. Always keep inside when not in use. This unit is sold as is. Will help with shipment or delivery the best I can but buyers responsibility over all.
