ok i got my rub but sauces is a different story how do i start a tomato base

I start with ketchup and chipotle hot sauce. Then I add honey, brown sugar, worchester sauce then pretty much my rub for the taste with a few hot peppers.


play to taste, its all about your tongue.

You might start with your favorite bottled and modify that.
