Here is my own BBQ-ed piglet ham recipe to share with community...Vision ceramic BBQ...
1. Rub ham with kosher salt and let it cure for about 6 hrs, no other spices...
2. Cook on grates for 3.5 hrs, first on medium and last 20 min ramp up to high heat...
3. Spritz with beer every 20 min...
4. it is best to eat semi cold...
