Yesterday, I smoked up a whole chicken. We had beer bread to accompany it. The chicken temp took off on me but was still juicy and tasty.
Tonight, I modified chicked paprikash by adding sweet pepper, jalapenos and cumin seasoning. I guess a Mexican paprikash.
