Barbecue Snack Stick

Weve been useing Excalibur's barbecue snack stick seasoning but its gone up to like $12 a packet that does 25lbs. I see that cabelas is now selling a bqu seasoning but its still $10.

anyone know of a cheaper source or have a recipe that you would like to share.

I use Legg's also very good Seasoning and very consistant.

They have pizzia flavor and others. Also make a great marinating spices. Very reasonable prices. I get all my spices from these people.

I hear alot of folks here talk about Butcher Packer for supplies and then you have the Sausage Maker too. Now I'm new to the whole sausage thing but I still have been around here for awhile too.

If you have their old stuff you should have all the ingredients listed on it. Tinker with those ingredients and make your own. That's what I would do.
