was a busy weekend on the smoker, started it out friday night with about 8 pounds of chicken wings all seasoned up with Traegers fin and feather seasoning to start out. ended up doing 6 flavours. we had S&P, lemon pepper, roasted garlic,honey garlic, smoked chipotle bbq sauce and Hot honey mustard. these all turned out fantastic but i didnt manage to get a completed photo. Saturday night we decided to test out a new method of doing bannock wrapped sausages and bake them rather than fry them. these turned out perfect and ended up being a huge hit. we had bbq and bacon beans in the crockpot, Tinas famous taco salad, Deep fried Brussel sprouts, regular bannock, and some smoked pineapple wrapped in bacon. needless to say im a very full man!!
