Balantyne Electric Smoker

I have the opportunity to purchase a Balantyne Junior Electric Smoker what are the advantages and disadvantages of this machine. It is kinda of pricey compared to a home build. So I suppose my question is. Is it worth it? I want to sell Pastrami commercially. Would a home build serve my needs just as well, for far less money.

I think I only ever saw one of them a long time ago.

I believe it was 220V.

Don't know what it cost.

Yes that is exactly the machine, I went ahead and bought it I will keep you posted.
