Bad Luck or just bad

Well Jerry, don't feel so bad... I just got home from a 2 day stay to ER and hospital! Multiple 1st and 2nd degree burns. Mostly on right arm, some on left, and some but not many on face. Burnt hair stinks! Am now clean shaven, no mustache or beard. Had a 250,000 but heater ignight some dust which then ignited the pit gasses. Was a complete fireball ! Lucky to be alive! Don't know how much damage was done yet. Sadly about an hour after the first one exploded, there was a second one blow while I was in the ER. Even a worse fire.
My appointment with Lincoln burn center is next week.

That sounds horrific, what exactly happened, and did you have the required people watching over you outside the pit? If not, someone is in deep doo doo. I hope you heal up quickly, burns are no joke.

We don't know what happened exactly... been doing this for 27 years, much less to happen twice in one day! And thanks, I'm on the mend, can't pick up my granddaughter, but still can watch her play!

Like jcam222 and you both, been taking some hits here too. I'll probably share later. I cant stop thinking: if it wasnt for bad luck I wouldnt have any at all.

It has been a roller coaster of ups and downs for us. Losing my part time job, grandson having seizures, and some cash flow money issues. At least my health has been ok. Just remember when you are down the only way out is up. Be thankful things are not any worse. Stay positive.

Possible! We are having it looked at. Not an issue in over 27 years, then suddenly twice in one day. Don't think my brain has processed it fully still.

Good chance of static discharge . Anytime dust is involved there's a chance of ignition or explosion . It's dangerous . Just takes the conditions to be right for it to happen .
Hate to hear that happened , you got lucky in some respect . Burns are brutal , but you made it out .

I have had Kidney stones too many times.
Question ?
How large is it ?
Last one I had, I had the water bath shockwave therapy, it only broke up a slight bit.
Did not do much ?
For what its worth?
I used 100% cranberry juice.
I drank so much I almost drowned in it, SERIOUSLY!.
Within a few days , I could feel it coming out, grabbed a small bathroom cup and caught it!
My Urologist did not believe I passed it that large!
I have been told by a few Med Docs, its not good?
I have done it more then once!
The cranberry juice breaks down the stone.
I would seriously try to get a huge jug of it!?
Drink as much as you can possible.
You should feel a bit differently by the next day.
Again the Docs say not to, Yet it worked for me more then once !

havent had the pleasure of a kidney stone yet. but the way things are going...its anyones guess.

Sorry you have to wait so long. I hope its quick relief with a fast recovery for you.
