I use to live in that apartment complex about 20 years ago. From what I hear from a few people that I know that still live there, the guy was having problems with his job, paying his bills and taking care of his children. He finally lost it and basically did the "suicide by cop" thing, it's a real shame because both his kids were there when this all went down.
