Interesting, if it was sweet onions they'd be really mellow if given time to cook.
But them huge white onions, they could definitely have some bite.
But maybe the 8-10 strips of bacon needed to wrap them burgers would make it all okay.

Yeah i would try it but with the price of bacon I couldn't afford to do one LOFL
