Thanks for the tutorial. I will be doing that one day when I want to impress someone. Very nice and I like the puff pastry idea, Looks like you could eat it like a sandwich or maybe a perogie! Maybe a bit of mushroom white gravy?
That was a great post. I'm always looking for new less boring dishes. I'll be sure to make these this weekend. Where do I find the puff pastry? Is it in the freezer section with bread and pizzas? Thanks again. Please feel free to send me the secret spice recipe.
Thanks for sharing. Just made my own. Marinated mine in Italian dressing (meh). My own Italian chicken marinade (much better). Stuffed one with garlic cloves, spinach, black olives, mushrooms and feta. The other with garlic cloves, black olives, yellow and red peppers, blue cheese and a little bit of Alfredo sauce.

Thanks for posting this amazing food. I am currently in the process of making some with peppers, mushrooms, red onion, garlic in one and the other ham, salami, chesse. Boy they look good and I just started cooking them.
I have some boneless, skinless chicken thawing right now for a smoke tomorrow on the Uds and I was just going to do a wrap with bacon thing. This has bumped the my thinking to a whole new level.
