The wife wanted chicken last night so I mixed up a batch of Jeff's rub. The ohly alteration I made to the rub was used chipotle powder instead of cayenne. It was good. Once the temps got to 300 I added a handful of apple wood chips and placed the chicken on the grill. Cooked until an internal temp of 170. Nice flavor, juicy and tender. Another winner.
 
Wow. That looks great. I'll bet the chicken was really moist. Everything's better with bacon.

Now you take two of the best flavors known to man chicken and bacon. You cann't go wrong. You did a great job the Who's Tat smoker. I like the plate of really good food with the veg to.
