Wanted to try something easier and new for dinner tonight...the misses had taken out about 6 chicken breast, so I got creative.
I put some rub on (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt), wrapped in bacon, placed on smoker for about 2.75 hours @ 225 degrees. I also made some ABT's, just cause I had the stuff to make 'em. As always, they turned out awesome (I use fresno peppers). I used 50/50 hickory/oak.
