Smoked up two racks of back ribs for two hours in MES and then 1 hour on charcoal barrel smoker. Used a paprika based rubs and added salt, pepper, jalapeno and cumin. Used cherry wood. When I moved the ribs over, I put corn (in husk) into water to soak and with 1/2 to go, put the corn on direct. We made a loaf of corn bread using corn meal and corn kernels from another cob of corn.
