bachelor's dinner... cheapo!

Well.. title says all.. when you cant ea. good.. eat good vacpac smoked with what ya got...
Lil ramon noodles.. the asian pork style .. with cut up Tijauna hot links from Chef W.. alittle sharp cheese smoked and pac'd three weeks ago.. some crusty pizza crust vacpac'd in some smoked butter with garlic paste... a true bachelors meal... all I could do tonight... ; ( happy 4th peeps

Im in the A/C business. . I posted that about 30mins after getting done from service calls... its now the 4th of July. .. and at 529a.m( less than 6 hours of even being home.. much less sleep). ..and im right back at Going to work. YOUR RIGHT. I do need to get out more. But I cant..

I hear ya , brother. One of our big roof AC units sprung a leak at work yesterday and everyone was screamin for the HVAC.guy to hurry up and get there. This time of year has to be brutal in your biz. Well , when the cooler weather comes make sure you take some time to stop and smell the charcoal burnin......:grilling_smilie:

thanks hambone.. love some Ramon noodles.. just add meat. I Portion freeze didnt smokes.... just for purpose of the Ramon noodles..
Ill smoke up something today.. my sister and family are doing some burgers and dogs. I might just through them on the smoker.. just to get a fix. ;)
