baby smoke

Hey all, im new to the forum, just received my first smoker for Christmas. It is a masterbuilt 30" electric.So far i have pretty much just been playing around with it, nothing to serious yet. Ive smoked a tri tip, a 8lb brisket,some salmon fillets, and a pork loin end roast.
