Howdy fellas and non fellas. Smoked up some baby backs today on the stickburner. Started off with some bogo ribs I got before the super bowl at Kroger. With the sale I got them for $6.22 a rack
Pulled the membranes off
Seasoned with killer hogs and kosmo Chipotle killer bee
All rubbed up
Stickburner running 250 with shagbark hickory and cherry
After an hour sprayed with sweet tea
72° and beautiful in Tennessee today
About 4 hours in it was beer thirty. Sprayed ribs every 45min with the sweet tea. And sprayed my liver with this
Ribs at 4 hours
About 6hr in I pulled them. Finished the last 3 hours with cherry only
