I'm going to brave the cold and snow tomorrow for the Super Bowl. I'll be using apple and some hickory on my Lang 48. Prepped Dutch's beans:

Also prepped some pig candy courtesy of some recipe I found on SMF:

Gonna rub the baby backs tonight before bed and hope to have the fire hot by 11:30am.

Ok! So I rubbed the ribs and wrapped them in plastic wrap. Of course I made a rookie mistake and did not take pictures until after wrapped. I promise I'll do better tomorrow when I fire the grill up. 6 racks ready to go.

Stay tuned...

Looking goooood!  Told you we would still be watching!

I am going to get busy in the kitchen now too!

Pork candy came off first. Everyone raved about these! Thanks SMF:

The beans and ribs came off 20 minutes before dinner. The beans were out of this world! The ribs were great, but I wish I had taken them off about 20 minutes earlier.

Thanks SMF for all the great recipes!
