Got some product today from work...in at 5:00, 225F.
Going to smoke 4 racks of BBs and bring in for lunch tomorrow.
In at 5:00, pulled out to foil at 7:45:
Out of the foil at 9:15
Sauced 2/4 with famous Dave's hot and sassy on the tops only..
After 2 more hours:
Best ribs I've made...
Nice looking ribs, how'd they taste, feel, did they make ya drool???
Taste was great with the rub from Costco, used less than normal- perhaps a good thing?
Also basted the last half hour with famous daves rich and spicy sauce- just a thin coat on the tops.
Texture was perfect for me, not falling off the bone, but not tough either.
