I decided to throw down a rack of baby backs today. Sun, mowing the lawn, back to wind and rain tomorrow.

Standard dry rub, into the smoker at 225-250. Took four hours to hit 195 IT. Saucing brought it down to 185, pulled the rack when it got back above 190.



 
Thanks guys! They turned out pretty good. My wife even had an extra one.
