Smoked some BB that I got for $2.69/lb. Coated with rub and did the 2-2-1 method. Used Hickory and Cherry Wood. Also made beans and chicken wings. A friend brought some Abalone.

Here they are getting rubbed.

About 2 hours in. Sorry for the bad cell picture.

Did you use both woods at the same time? (I haven't cooked with multiple woods yet)
 
yes both at the same time.
