Baby backs in my homemade vertical

Made some slight mods to my smoker. Ops check was good! Tried the 2-2-1 method using applewood and they were great.

They are some tasty looking Baby Backs nice piece of bone showing.The smoker looks good and it seems to cook that way.

Thanks fellas, I forgot to take a pic of the smoke ring but it was a good 1/4 inch. This hobby is addictive.
