Smoking baby backs today, and because I cannot go without fully filling the smoker, chicken wings.

Ribs were great.  Chicken swings were a little rubbery, and didn't get the flavor I was looking for, but I put we had plenty so didn't eat many wings, perhaps a night of refrigeration and they'll taste better tomorrow?

Ribs look great. Looks like you didn't glaze any sauce on there? Sometimes a dry rib hits the spot... Taste meat and smoke instead of a sweet sauce.

After you smoked those wings, did you toss them on a hot grill for a few to crisp them up?

No, I thought I should, but didn't.  Will next time.

No glaze, just a light brushing of sauce, but the dry did taste better in my opinion.

I inject my wings with a mix of butter and hot sauce.  Man they are awesome.

Never heard if injecting wings. Very interesting! Thanks for sharing [emoji]128077[/emoji]
