Well I accomplished my 1st smoke, ( baby back ribs ) . prep : squeezed lemon on the rack before rubbing them with ,Daves Famous Rib Rub my fire was highh at 350 then dropped to 300 through my smoke. I used cherry wood chips with charcoal . One hr straight then sprayed them with apple juice. Left them in for another hr before i took them out n rejuiced n wrapped in foil for another 30mins. Due to my high for they were done within 3hrs . Nice and tender and i believe i may have hit the Smoke ring . BBQ FINISH WITH STUBS SWEET SPICY BBQ SAUSE. overall the family loved them.
