I know these have been posted quite a lot but I am going to throw mine up anyway....

Here they are yellow mustard and Jeff's Rub all over

On to the Rec Tec at 225 degrees with a pan of water. don't always do the pan of water but I thought what the heck.

And 3 hours into the cook....lookin' pretty good.

After almost 6 hours and pulled to rest. Internal temp was 205 degrees.

Cut up ready to plate....

Plated with a simple green salad with blue cheese dressing and mac and cheese. And topped with Jeff's Sauce.

Sorry not real complex but simple and satisfying.

Nice job putting that Rec Tec to work...once again. you sure been turning out some darned fine food recently buddy. Those look great...and I'm 100% in agreement with the "simple" concept. No need to over think things. Just go with the basics and it's hard to go wrong.

Looks great John ! Mac n cheese is my go to for sides with ribs. I'll skip the salad though.....unless its pasta salad of coarse.lol!

Looks good. Love using my Rec Tec I probably do ribs 3 times a month. I am actually gonna try full spare ribs tomorrow. I have only done St Louis or baby back
