Thanks all for the kind replies! A former SMF member got me using cherry juice on mostly all my smokes and I've found it really helps enhance the color of whatever meat I spritz it on.

Firm believer of not foiling ribs. M1Tanker got it right, only foil if you want the "fall-off-the-bone" texture. We like to gnaw on our ribs

Those look awesome I didn't get to see the 1/2 way pic (stupid puter) but sure saw the end results and they look fantastic
