Baby Back Ribs for Memorial Day

Decided to cook some Baby Backs for Memorial Day. Cooking 6 Racks for family and friends.

Here We Are All Rubbed Up with Jeff’s Rub And ready to go in the Smoker!

Going To Be Doing These With 2-2-1 Method. Here they are after being on for a little while.

That good TBS Is Flowing Real Good! Weather Has Cooperated So Far!
Just Some Light Mist This Afternoon!

Starting To Look Real Good!

Be back in a little bit ready to plate these bad boys up! In case you notice we have gone from 6 racks down to 4 racks. Had a slight change downward in the numbers of folks for supper. Saving out 2 racks in the fridge now that I will finish tomorrow or the next day.

I am attempting the 3-2-1 method on so spare ribs right now. Not to sure how it’s going to turn out I really ain’t too thrilled about the way they looked before I wrapped. Anywho. Yours are looking great

We don’t sauce at my house. We have it available for folks to sauce there own if they wish but most of us like em just like they come off the smoker.
