Sunday Dinner with the family consisted of:
Baby Back Ribs
Fried Potato Crumbles
Corn on the Cob
Baked Beans
I forgot to take any photos as the meal was put together but here are the finished products.
Baby Back Ribs: My own dry rub, smoked for about four hours until they hit 160 degrees, then foiled with rub, butter, and sauce for an hour until they hit 190 degrees. Sauced and back on the heat to set the sauce.
Fried Potato Crumbles:
Bake/Steam Russet Potatoes in the oven for an hour. Break them into chunks with a fork and fry at 350 degrees until golden brown. Season with salt.
Baked Beans:
1/2 pound of home made bulk spicy sausage. Home made bacon. 1 large can of Bush’s spicy chili beans, 2 Onions, 1 clove of garlic, a shot of ketchup, a shot of hot sauce, a pinch of brown sugar, a couple of shakes of rub. Put it on the smoker for the last hour or two.
Corn on the Cob:
Closeup of Ribs:
Everyone left the table happy and full... thanks for looking.
