This is the first time I have done ribs, I know alot of people boil there's first but for my taste I don't care for them when they have been boiled.

I pick up some baby back's yesterday when I got off of work. I thought they only had 2 racks in the bag... but suprise suprise it had 4 rack's!

What I did I had to cut them in half to get them in my smoker. Then I rubbed them down with some extra virgin olive oil on both side's. Then I gave them a heavy dusting of Famous Dave's Rib rub Let them set in the fridge over night, I put them on about 7:30 this a.m. , about every hr or so I would spray some apple juice on them. I let them cook like that for 3hrs then I wrapped them in foil, I sprayed some juice in the foil them I smothered them in some Famous Dave's BBQ I let them cook like that for almost 2 1/2 hrs. Pulled them out and let them set for 15 mins.

Meat was very juicy and had very good flavor. Severd ribs and some homemade fries, everyone left full , sleepy and coverd in BBQ

This WON'T be the last ribs I do, My wife is preg. and she loved 'em so I'm guessing she will want them again. I only got a pic of the only rib that was leftover I was going to get a pic of them all but everyone was already eating, and I didn't want to bring back a bloody nub lol
