Thanks Randy. He been a big part of us for many years. We have lost some many people over the years but a few of us are still keeping it going!

One of our River Rats, Larry in the hospital with a bad heart. For anyone that inclines to prayer I am asking a prayer for him, positive energy I like to think of it. He does some cooking and smoking on the side to help make some money. Always bringing left over fish and smoked meats to us on the river and sometimes cooks for us. Couple weeks ago grilled some hamburgers for everyone . Such a great guy!

A rather good one, too.

God already knows the end from the beginning, yet we are commanded to pray, even though He has willed how all this will come out in the end. Paradox.

Thanks everyone. I was kind of in shock the day I posted. Was told he probably not coming out of the hospital. They found blood in his stomach and operated. He seems to be doing better today. His heart only operating at like 15%. Hopefully he will get out. He likes our fires as much as I do and think he brought about half the wood last year. Hopefully fire weather coming. Us River Rats use to be many but several have died off over the years and we down to just a few now.
