Getting Chuckie ready for game time. A lil pre-smoke on the 680 before we toss him into the bath for a couple days. An end cut off a strip loin that I just tossed in the dry age cabinet sits beside him.

Well aren't you special.. you are showing them. You are protesting someone else protesting... You do realize this country was founded by protestors, right?

I "Like".

I only protest when somebody actually "Disrespects" the Flag, and No Fat Orange Man is gonna tell me what to do, Bone Spurs or no Bone Spurs.

I hear ya bear. Cadet Bone Spurs sure has them lock step on the parade deck, ehh? As a conservative Marine combat veteran who received his first combat ribbon under Reagan, I suspect I have a tad more respect for those boys taking a stand on their knees than some of these keyboard warriors with attitude. But that's just me.

I figure Chuckie needs about 48 hours of sous vide to get with the program... I have a lil of that Wagyu point left over from last weekend also... Sounds like Chuckie may sit beside some burnt ends before it is all over...

Carry on

I don't think I have ever seen a chuck roast with marbling like that.
Boy, I bet that is going to be good!
