apple sticky ribs

just thought id try postin a few pics. here are the three racks i did today on my ecb. awesome sauce t-bone! went well with the apple wood chunks i used.

OK i figured out the picture deal. so here are my ribs with t-bones awesome apple stickey sauce. smoked with apple wood chunks on my ecb.

I used T-Bones sticky apple sauce last weekend, it was great. I used the 3-2-1 method and they were falling off the bones. my wife likes them that way and they will be done that way
