Thanks, I really do have to give this a try. Have you ever dipped them in a buffalo sauce or basted them with buffalo sauce and then dipped in blue cheese dressing?

I haven't basted them while cooking(first time doing them on the grill), but we have double dipped them in wing sauce and then in blue cheese. dressing. I still prefer strictly wing or hot sauce.

Damn Chris those are some big balls! Glad you were able to get them nice and firm.

In all seriousness they look great man. Washed down with a few PBR tall boys sounds like a good meal to me!

Thanks John, funny you should mention their size. You know how difficult it is finding chickens with balls, let alone big balls!!!. I won't even go into trying to hold them done while your castrating them.

Thanks for the kind words and like appreciate them.

Chris

Great idea and they look delicious!!!

Thanks sauced, It's not our recipe. My wife found the recipe a couple years back somewhere. We've just been tinkering around with it.

Great write up!
Looks good!

Thank you muchly for the the compliment and like Justin

Really nice here at 81 degrees... about 20 degrees above normal. Good thing the wind is blowing about 25 mph, not that I like that but otherwise the asian beetles would be swarming.
I want to make these soon!

Last week we were in the mid-60s. This week we're supposed to hit the lower 70s. I've got a couple of days off mid-week, and that's when I'm hoping to revisit chicken balls.

Man Chris those look and sound great! Another for the list. I getting ready to make an effort to start knocking something's on the list off.
Thanks Brian, I know that list all too well. It grows a whole lot quicker than it shrinks.
