anyone with a turkey tenderlion w/beacon wrap recipe

Hello Everyone,

   Does anyone have a good Turkey tenderloin wrapped w/ beacon recipe, ultimately I like to take turkey chunks about 2" squared and wrap them in beacon and smoke them also any suggestions on the best way to smoke them because I'm thinking the beacon will cook much faster them the turkey chunks.

I don't have a good recipe for one but I hgave seen one here by Geert. The guy from Belguim and he does some really good things to food too. He took one and sliced it into strips and then dusted them with a rub and then wrapped them in some saran wrap and then a bacon wrap like a fattie. Then keep them in the refrig for a couple of hours and then smoke them. It looked really really good.
