Anyone else use these....I bought one at Wally World, one at another home store and one at a garage sale....they wouldn't fit any of my smokers (too wide) until I got my MES 40".....great for taking everything out of the smoker quickly and they don't impede the flow of the smoke.....!    RICK

Yep.  I use one often.  great for setting boneless ribs or ABT's or onions, cabbage, apples, stuffed mushrooms or peppers, etc. on. Comes off the smoker in one easy move (letting out less heat and smoke).

I personally don't use them but I have seen then hear in some pictures of other folks food. They would work well for fish or other fragile meats. I have some too, in the cabinets in the outdoor kitchen and I was gonna used them for grilling fish too. Thanks for I forgot about them.

I have used them a few times for smoking cheese and once for some mixed nuts - nuts did not work as well as I would have liked - some got stuck in the holes and caused me work in the end but it is great for cheese

I use these exact ones exclusively for grilling vegetables, fajitas, and tacos, so the meat doesn't fall between the grates.  Works great.

I have a skillet with holes just like that. I mostly use it on the grill for veggies though.. I may look for some of those flat pan-type in the near future..
