Anyone turn Butt Fat Cap to Chiccarons?

    Trimmed the fat cap off my butt as one whole piece; anyone make Chiccaron's outta the fat cap? I'd like to, but I figured I'd ask before I smoked up the house while smoking up the back yard.

    Hello.  I haven't but I see no reason it won't work.  In fact, great idea!  I do sometimes smoke that fat and use it to season things like beans, soups and stews.  Keep Smokin!
