Hey guys I'm thinking about taking his class for 2 awesome reasons, to learn more and to use a Lang. I think it was $275 one day 8 - 5. I did a search on the forum all i read was that the class was highly recommended.
 
Nothing like expanding your BBQ knowledge!

I'm sure you'll have a few tips for us when you complete the class.
