I don't have the mangrates like these, but I do have the Grillgrates for my Weber grill and they are well worth the money. Steaks, chickens. burgers whatever, you can have them directly over the coals and they sear steaks perfectly. I can do 4 chicken halves in just over an hours time with mine.

Times 2 on the GrillGrates, have them also and love them! I have never heard of Man Grates before, interesting....

I had cast iron grills on my last gas burner, and on my current charcoal burner grill.  Can't beat them for evening out the heat. 

On my smoker I have a porcilein coated grill rack.
