Anyone have experience with Weber igrill 3 thermostat?

Today I used it for the first time but it is also my first time with gas . I set the gas burner to try to read 350 preheat but went over. I then turned it down but reached lower then 350. I can't find a fine medium.

You need to add a low pressure needle valve to your LP gas line, so you can make slight adjustments.

The needle valve is the brass Tee handle valve, they are way more accurate than the valves that come on gas smokers or grills. And they won't break the bank.
