I used to hunt squirrel a lot in my teens. The only time I skinned one the stink of it gagged me. I've heard that if they eat walnuts that happens. >?<
After that I just cut off their tails and tied them to the antenna of my '57 Chevy....

Same way i skin them. It really is the best way to do them . clean and fast. Not sure where he is from but we hunt fox squirrels here. They seem a lot bigger than the one in the video.
