It happens every time I visit this site, I haven't encountered it on any others that I visit. I do not have Microsoft essentials Security installed on my computer.
Anyone else getting the fake Microsoft Essentials Security virus alerts?

Yes, I am having the same problem and it is really becoming annoying. It only occurs when I visit SMF. It is clearly a scam, but it sounds like you figured that out too. I am going to send Jeff a PM right now and let him know.
