We are planning to make green sauce this year and want to blanch Anaheim peppers in mass! I saw one here years back but couldn't find it now.
 
Jeff, google , chile roaster. Places to buy and plans to build everything from a 5 lb to a 50 lb roaster.

Helps quite a bit, I think I am going to cut the ends out of a 20 lb propane cylinder and use that for the ends, I dont need a mass production unit.
